How long does shipping take for my Ledger device?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the US and Europe, while international shipping may take 7-14 business days depending on customs processing.
What is your return policy for hardware wallets?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unopened and sealed products. Due to security reasons, once the security seal on the box is broken, the device cannot be returned for a refund.
Are Ledger devices covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Ledger hardware products come with a 2-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and various cryptocurrencies via BitPay including Bitcoin and Ethereum.
How do I know my device hasn't been tampered with?
Ledger devices use a Secure Element chip and a specialized operating system (BOLOS). The Ledger Live app performs a 'Genuine Check' during setup to ensure the device is authentic and safe to use.
Can I recover my funds if I lose my Ledger device?
Yes, as long as you have your 24-word Secret Recovery Phrase, you can restore your entire wallet on a new Ledger device or any compatible BIP39 wallet.
