We stand by the quality of our hardware wallets and accessories; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your device in its original, unopened packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our Support team through the Help Center to submit a return request and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Securely pack your device in its original box with all included cables and recovery sheets to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit to verify the security seals are intact, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
